I choose Sprint after a nightmare with Houston Cellular. Sprint PCS has been WONDERFUL.

I have not had ONE dropped call, have not had ONE out of service problem, and my Qualcomm phone I purchased through Sprint is GREAT!

My only complaint is customer service. I can deal with them, but they aren't very knowledgeable about the service plans, keep you on hold too long, and my billing questions aren't answered very well. I told the girl at Sprint I still didn't understand my bill EVEN after she explained it to me three times and she just told me to have a good day and let me go! Not good, but like I said, the actual phone service is great which is all I care about now. After Houston Cellular, I can deal with Sprint's other little problems.
