How can such advanced technology fit in such a small phone?

Why I bought this phone
Before I bought this phone, I owned a Nokia 7110, but I felt that I needed a smaller phone, which still would satisfy all of my needs. And since this phone was not at all expensive, I went out and bought it.
The functions
Phone Book A Phone Book which hold 100 names. In this you can store all of the numbers you need. Here you can also assign tones to each person. Example: You want a depressing tone when your mother-in-law calls, well, with Nokia 3310, you can assign a depressing tone to her number. Nifty? You can also add voice tags, which means that you can simply whisper the name of the person you want to call, and the phone calls up the person for you! You can also send visit cards. You can also put persons on speed dials.
Messages You can fit up to 12 messages in your inbox and outbox on this phone, + 15 picture messages. With picture messages you can send pictures to other people with newer Nokia phones. So, if you have forgotten to send Christmas cards to someone, then just send a picture message that says "Merry Christmas"! With this phone it is really easy to write messages, with the dictionary you only need to press the buttons once, instead of many times, and the word that you want pops up on the screen! You can also save time sending one of the pre-set smile faces on the phone.
Chat Nokia 3310 is the only Nokia phone that has this function, which means that you can only chat with other people that owns a Nokia 3310. It is not really a useful function, because you pay just as much as you would pay sending regular messages. It is fun, if you don't care about the money, though.
Call register Nokia 3310 has the largest call register of all the Nokia phones. You can look at the last twenty missed calls, dialed numbers and received calls. It is useful for everyone.
Tones Here you can choose what ringing tone you would like to hear when someone calls you. And you won't have any trouble finding a ringing tone that suits you, since you have 35 ringing tones to choose from. If you do not like any of them, you can compose one yourself. There is one for every occasion, you have a Christmas song, and happy and sad tones.
Settings This function allows you to choose if you would like your number to be sent or not, if you would like to get a welcome note every time you turn your phone one etc. You can also choose the phone language, so if you are French, German and so on, then you can get your phone to have all the functions in your language!
Call Divert Are you busy in a meeting? Don't worry! You can just divert the calls to your answering phone, or to wherever you would like.
Games If you are bored, then this is a function you will use a lot. Here you have four games to choose from, Snake 2, Space Impact, Bantumi and Pairs 2. In Snake 2 you are controlling a snake, and your goal is to get as much food as possible. Everyone has played Space Impact, and this version is basically the same, just a little smaller. In Bantumi, you are throwing eggs into baskets. I haven't really figured out how you are supposed to play this game, but I am having a great time learning. In Pairs 2 you have to find the matching pairs, and you can choose whether or not you would like it to be a time trial or just a puzzle.
Calculator If you are having a hard math problem, then this probably can't help you. It is not like one of those advanced calculators, the only things you can do on it is add, subtract, multiply and divide. And, if you are going to a foreign country, then you can find out how much money you have in that country's currency.
Reminders Do you have something that you have to remember? Well, then you can just write it down in here, and when something important happens, then it will notify you. You can write down up to 10 reminders.
Clock On this area, Nokia 3310 has the most advanced clock functions. The new things on this phone are the stopwatch and countdown timers. Is that nifty or what? And when it is time to change from summertime to wintertime, then this does it automatically for you. And, it also has the alarm function, so it can wake you when it is time for you to get up.
Profiles Here you can choose between six different profile types. You can adjust them as you like, and when you are in a meeting, you can adjust one of them to just vibrate when someone calls you. Another very useful function.
The Pros
-This phone is very small and light, so it fits into your pockets.
-The X-press on covers, where you can design your phone, as you like. If you would like your phone to be discrete, put on a cover that matches the color of your clothes.
-It has a very long standby time, and you can talk for hours and hours without the emptying the battery.
-You can make your own ringing tones, and save up to 7 of them.
-There are four fun games for you to play when you are bored.
-The phone is cheap for all its advanced technology.
-You can send picture messages.
-It has a vibrating function.
-Very easy to use.
The Cons
-Nokia 3310 do not have a calendar, which probably many others, and I need.
-It has a tendency to mess up if it lies still for too long, and it turns itself off.
-A small memory, your inbox can be filled with messages in no time, and for some, 100 name and numbers aren't enough.
There aren't any other cons!
Do I recommend it to potential buyers?
Definitely! For most people, it satisfies all of their needs. And it is cheap. So if you are looking for a phone that satisfy all/most of your needs, then this is the phone for you!
