I'm not at all happy with Pac Bell. They gave me a phone with a special Pac Bell chip, and it sucks. I had the same Nokia 5190 phone with AT&T, but didn't have any of the same problems. My phone turns off on its own with no warning, and when I try and access my phonebook, it tells me my "SIM Card is not ready." In addition, the coverage is terrible. I live in SF, and they can't even come close to covering large areas in the middle of the city.

The pricing is great though, and the free mobile-to-mobile keeps my bills down. That's the plus. I'm now not sure whether I would pay about $200 more per year to get much better service. It's kind of a toss up, but I'm still not happy with my current service.
