Pioneer DVL-909 is a winner!

What can I say... The Pioneer DVL-909 is Winner! I was hesitant at first to enter the DVD World as I was invested in Lasediscs already. When I found out that Pioneer had a player that played both. I was off like a shot to go buy one.
A perfect replacement to my old Pioneer Laserdisc player. The playback quality is outstanding. The mechanisms are very quiet. (Unlike some of their predecessors!) The surround capability is excellent. And in the year I have owned it, not one problem... NOT ONE!
I would definitely recommend this unit to the hardcore videophile. I think the average user (Or someone not familiar with Pioneer equipment) May get confused by the controls and the sub menus. In any case, I am the envy of all my friends who come to watch movies at my house. I think in this case... Bigger "IS!" Better!
