ALPINE CVA-1000

Oct 26 '99

I had the Alpine CVA-1000 installed into my 95 M3 about 2 years ago. For those of you who don't know what CVA-1000 units are, they are basically one of the best and first in-dash "LCD Screen" display controls that Alpine successfully built. The only thing is that if you decided to have this product installed, make sure you also get a new AMP for your car, otherwise, you will hear the "engine whining noise". The faster you accelerate, the louder it gets. Basically, this unit probably has become obsolete, but still, with a push of a button, you will see the unit first slowly comes out from the hidden dash, and then "FLIP" it over with a screen, it's just a nice thing to have. If you have the extra money. Thank you for reading.
