I bought my satellite receiver about a year ago and I am very pleased with it. I am a Ham Radio operator and I have been interested in satellite TV for a long time but this is the first system I have purchased. The main reason I bought this one is because of the "SKY ANGEL" programming package that is available on the DISH Network. The price was a good deal also. I was able to install it myself and when I ran into a small problem help was only a phone call away and I was "on the air." The tech support was helpful and friendly. The system works great. Digital picture and sound are both perfect. There was a short period of time when it was slow to download a signal after it has been disconnected from power but I think that was a transmission problem and not the hardware.
