The only reason I would ever get this phone again is if it were my ONLY option and if it was given to me for nothing. As part of the plan I signed up for with Verizon, I was able to purchase this phone for next to nothing...its no wonder why.
I find it very difficult to adjust the ring volume or speaker volume to a good level -- at one setting they are too low, and the next notch up makes it too loud. Battery life is just OK -- if you are driving without a car adapter, I wouldnt always trust the battery life. It comes only with a home charger -- I had to spend another 40 or 50 dollars just for the car adapter.
Speaking of the battery -- for some reason, the battery pack doesnt always stay in contact with the phone. I've never really dropped the phone to make it loose....it just seems like a poor design. There is plenty of room for the battery to shift, causing its contacts to separate from the phone. If you are in the middle of a call, you will simply get cut off. Many times, if a call is coming in, the mere fact that I move the phone slightly can cause me to lose the call. Needless to say, this kind of flaw will eat up your minutes.....
Maybe it is just MY phone, but the fact that these problems exist makes me dislike this particular phone. I also think the menus and their navagation can be confusing....not enough features, and the ones that it has are not worth the frustration...
