As an owner of a pager and cellular phone shop, I highly recommend Airtouch as a service provider. The best part about Airtouch Cellular is the Airtouch Promise. They have the best customer service. When you sign up for a calling plan, a lot of companies requires you to stay with that plan for the length of your contract. With Airtouch, the customer has the ability to switch plans whenever he/ or she sees a plan that is more suited toward that person's lifestyle. In the past Airtouch had some problems in the Atlanta Area. With a vast expansion of the network over the past few years, Airtouch has managed to create one of the largest coverage areas in Georgia with the least amount of "holes". I rarely have problems with dropped calls. I have to drive over an hour and a half before I even have to think about roaming. And now they have the National Calling plans to which roaming and long distance fees no longer apply. I have never had a problem that Airtouch was not able to make right.
