Wait for the price to fall

Give me a break all of you. We are talking about business. Just like computers, the price will fall down every year. On top of that, the memory upgrade will increase dramatically. Look at what Creative Nomad and other mp3 player developers are coming out this Spring, we have the 6 gig Nomad jukebox, and some other mp3 juke boxes that could store well over 5 gigs of mp3 songs. We can't expect these mp3 maker companies to come out with a 500 meg mp3 player that costs under $200.
While mp3 players are great to have for listening to music, I'm sitting on the sideline for now until there's more storage space and a lower price. I think an alternative solution is to buy an mp3 portable cd player that costs about $200. This equals to about 160 mp3 songs on a single cd disc, very cheap compare to all mp3 players out there.
