I got a Q phone about a year and a half ago. I swapped out three of them because the phone was so bad. It would have been smarter to just chuck the phone and get a new one when I first started having problems.

My digital Q phone was responsible for more dropped calls, and bad sound than any analog phone I've ever had. The battery would barely last a 12 hours in standby. The hinged opening makes the phone much more fragile than other single piece phones. It sucked all around.

I ended up getting a Nokia, and giving the Q phone to Goodwill for the tax write off.
