| PatrickR453's Full Review: Sony KP-53XBR200 Standard Television |
I have been interested in this television for a while because i though my house needed a great way to get entertainment. Well, one day i just gathered up my guts and decided to buy this great tv. Well, let me tell you, it is great, i like every thingabout it. Now, don't get me wrong, there are some setbacks. This Tv is so big it took four people just to get into the house. Once i got it up the front steps, i set the box down and prepared to open my 5,000 dollar investment. The box definantly had a lack of good instructions, but i managed to hook up the thing.
I am a direct tv subscriber. And for all of you subscribers, you know that the dtv reciever has a darn lot of wires. Well, as stupid as it may sound, i decided to embark on the mass of wires. Lets see, the red one goes here, the blue one here... OH!!! that was the most annoying part of having this tv-the set up. But, after the set up, this tv was a blast. Low glare, great picture, and of course, great sound. This tv, like most SONY brand televisions, features a great on-screen menu. You can ajust anything from the color to the contrast, from the contrast to the multi-channel surfing guide- this tv is a must have! (if you can afford it)
