This past Christmas my boyfriend asked me what I would like for him to get me...a camcorder seemed like the perfect gift! I had wanted one for several years, but never seemed to have the money to purchase one. We went out looking, and boy have things changed! The mini-cams are so small and reasonably priced.
The Panasonic PV-L559 immediately caught my eye. It was small, sleek, and had the right price-tag! After I picked it up and began to examine it, I found it to be very light and comfortable to hold. Two real plusses! I also loved the flip out viewing screen. You do not have to hold the view finder up to your eye - you can simply flip out the screen and tape while watching it. Also, the picture on the flip out screen is exceptionally clear. And, after you are finished taping, you can watch your video immediately on the screen. All of the buttons are comfortably placed and easy to use. There are several buttons that I do not yet know what they do! A bit advanced for me!
