Do you live in the San Francisco Bay area? Are you thinking about getting a cell phone? Well--DO NOT get Pac Bell. They are terrible. I just moved here and figured they would be as good as any other cell company. Not only does my phone drop basically 90% of all incoming and outcoming calls, but the company refuses to stop charging me for dropped calls.

Thats another major problem with Pac Bell...their Customer Service should be called Customer Hell. They are the worst. The people on the phone are so stupid...they don't even have any idea what to do with any problems you might call about. For instance, I got WAY overbilled last month, and the girl on their customer care line just told me I had to pay it, she didn't know what else to do.

And to make matters worse, when you sign up with them, you have to sign a one-year contract. So, unless I pay them $250 for an early termination fee, I'm stuck with their below average, money guzzling, call dropping, sorry excuse for a cellular service company for an entire year.
