| TheRant's Full Review: Cambridge Soundworks New Ensemble II Subwoofer/Sat... |
My experiences with Cambridge Sound have been great. I've spent years in the pro audio business and have sold products into Sam Ash and J&R Music World in NY for years, but for speakers I've switched allegiances entirely to Cambridge Sound, which you buy directly from them at 1-800-FOR HIFI or on the web at www.hifi.com. Dollar for dollar, nobody can touch them.
I bought the Ensemble II and have it and they destroy things that cost twice as much. The subwoofers doa fine job handling bass, and they are very clear, with nice dispersion on the tweeters. Best of all, living in NY, they seemingly take up very little space, which is incredible for the sound they deliver.
