| Karlito's Full Review: Panasonic 20" Stereo Monitor CT-20G13 |
When I went searching for a new TV, it was a Goldilocks-like quest. I wanted a television that was neither too expensive nor so cheap that it looked like crap. One that wasn't void of cool options but not something that came with a 1400 page instruction book. A television that wasn't too large... well, too large would have been OK.The TV I finally decided on was this Panasonic. I liked the fact that there is an AVI jack on the front as well as on the back. I hate having to move all stuff around and fight the tangle of cords in the back just to hook something up. These jacks can give you instant access if you want to hook up something like a video or digital camera. There are also small stereo speakers on the front that provide adequate sound. The remote is simple and easy to use, but it's small enough to be lost easily and the battery cover on the back does not want to stay on. Drop this remote on the floor and plan to be looking for the batteries that just went flying. The picture is good but every now and then small ovals of discoloration appear on each side of the screen. Bummer.Over-all, not a bad mid-range TV but not the one I'll want for the rest of my life. Should be a good buy for dorm residents or people with small apartments.
