I initially had signed up for their DSL service but after reading various comments about the service and speed decided to cancel the installation.
I unsuccessfully tried for a day contacting someone via the phone and was either transferred endlessly or when I finally got into a "que" was disconnected after a few minutes.
I also sent 4 emails to various departments and not once did I receive an acknowledgement!
Yesterday, 11/27, I literally was on the phone from 2:20pm till 3:16pm before finally getting through to someone who cancelled the service and is supposedly sending out a prepaid label for me to return the modem. I'm not holding my breath after the problems I had with the phone calls.
If this is the service they give I am glad I am not getting dsl through them and have opted for cable modem access.
