Mp3 CD Players - just around the corner by SirMontego | Mar 01 '00 The question of should I purchase an mp3 player is simple. If you have a computer with mp3s on it, then you should buy one. If you do not have a computer with mp3s on it, then the answer is no. The real question is when should I purchase...Return to opinion

You forgot to mention the upcoming player from Pine Inc. which guarantees it will play CDR and CDRW disks (a big plus... You can add to the CD's without re-doing them). I didn't notice in your review, but do any of the players you mentioned read CDRW disks? I've noticed that most audio players that can read CDR's can't do RW's and I was wondering if it was the same for the new breed of MP3 cd players...

It made me realize how little I know of this field anymore. My last purchase was a CD player. But I did not realize they had these devices for the computer. I'm going to a computer show tomorrow and will look to see if there are any there, or are they just in your major outlets like Circuit City? It is very hard to keep up with technology nowadays, and why I'm glad I can at least find info like this on Epinions.

Thanks for the information on the Mp3 , I have heard things about it but wasn't sure what kinds of capabilities it has. Your review was very informative. Melaney =)
