Pros: plenty of features, easy to use
Cons: cds are not held securely, so don't move it while there's a cd inside

I've been using this CD player for quite some time now, and have never been happier with a piece of audio equipment. It has all the features you'd expect from a top of the line cd player: repeat disc, repeat track, repeat all, easy programmablity, play exchange (change the other discs while one is playing), time remaining, time per track, time per cd, random disc, random track, and a remote control. The program function in combination with the total time display is great for copying a cd to a tape when you're not sure if it will fit; you just make sure that the tracks you program have a total time less than the length of one side of the tape.
The only complaint, and I don't think responsible people would experience this, that I have is that when I moved it last month, I forgot to take a disc out and it slid off of the tray and got stuck in there. The CD player functioned, but I had to remove the cover to get it out.
If I ever have trouble with this cd player, and I doubt I will, I plan on getting another Yamaha, because they have proven to me that they can produce a quality peice of equipment.
