I originally bought this phone because of it's nice, small size, but many of the other features were important, as well. I love the fact that I can wear it on my belt and keep it with me 24x7. The vibrate feature is also wonderful - I really hate it how other people's cell phones are always ringing at inoportune moments. With my phone, I feel it vibrate and if I'm not in an appropriate place to take the call, I simply reach down and hit the button on the side. The vibrate isn't extremely strong, though, and I have missed it while walking, so fortunately, there is another option -- vibrate for two of the rings and if I haven't answered it by then, ring like normal.
I have to admit, I was very worried that the antenna would break off when I sat down or something (since I keep the phone on my belt), but it took over 2 years of extremely heavy use before that happened.
Another thing that is often over looked is the fact that this is a flip-phone, instead of a straight one. The phone can hug your cheek, if you are in a noisy place, making it easier to hear the other party....or if you want to have a private conversation, you don't have to yell into the earpiece.
Battery time is good, as well. I keep my phone with me all day and talk for about 30 minutes per day. At night, before I go to bed, I plug it in and it's ready for another day. Someone that needs to use their phone more often during the same day, might want to look into the secondary battery, especially when the batteries start to get old and where out.
