This stereo is the best thing that I have ever seen in car stereo, it has a pixel screen that displays 3D graphics that MOVE!!! The system has 3D motion graphics for all of its different screen options. And what got me to buy it the two screen savers, dolphins and ancient wonders.
The stereo has many great options like MOSFET 4x45 power, a DFS Alarm+ that will omit a high pitched sound and cut off your ignition if the face plate is not inserted within 45 seconds of opening the door. A CD player that just will not skip (and I live at the end of a 2 mile washboard dirt road). CD text Decoder and 48 CD text title naming. It has 3 RCA high-volt preouts and two-way cross over for those serous about competition audio. With is EEQ Easy equalizer and spectrum analyzer you can customize your sound.
All of its features are of top quality and performance, but can take a while to figure out.
The stereo has been a dream for me. It is perfect for cruising on weekends and impressing friends. The stereo is simply cool with great looks and content to back them up!
I had to install it my self but with some help from crutchfield I only took about 30 minutes for me and a friend to do it (and we are not professional installers, i still cringe about his car stereo installation).
The only thing that I don’t like about the stereo is you have to turn the whole system off to adjust the brightness, so late at night when it is too bright you have a dilemma whether or not to stop listening to music and not be able to see the road and turning off the tunes!!
The deck so great and blows all of my friends systems out of the water. But just warning be careful especially at night the little dolphins swimming by can be very distracting!
PS. Look online (i.e. Ebay) and don’t pay the $445.00 MSRP
