The one rate service is absolutely incredable. Unlike other carries who offer nationwide plans, if you go outside of there service area or are in an area in your city where their coverage isnt great, you have to pay extra for roaming. NOT WITH ONE RATE! This plan covers anywhere that you can get a wireless signal! It uses TDMA interface technology at 1900, 800 mhz and AMPS at 800mhz.
The plan comes with everything. Voice mail, caller ID, Call waiting, 3 way, caller id block!! The signal is always clear, even when its not full, its always a clear call. Calls are not dropped often and if they are the mins are credited back to you.
The customer service is wonderful! They are nice and using email with them is a breeze.
The network is rarely too crowed to make or take a call. Voicemail is easy to use and set-up and their online customer service center is easy to navigate!
Also, anyone who says they have poor coverage is not brilliant. They cover anywhere that there is service, and if there is too weak an at&t signal, theyll use the cell one, or verizon amps etc...So you can allways stay in toutch.
This is the only plan that covers any service area!
