I experience with this system is not the system itself. I had a problem with customer service, which was done by wireless concepts, out of Pasadena Ca. The installer tried to install the receiver, but it was defective, and they wouldn't trust the installer word, so I had send the receiver back at my cost, and they would not send me another one until they receive the defective one, in which it would take 2 1/2 weeks before I would receive another one. So it was a 5 weeks after I paid for the system before it was completely install. I asked the customer service manager why she can't take the word of the installer, she stated " He's a independent installer, and I don't know if he's telling the truth. I asked her why would they send someone, who they don't trust.
She had no answer. The manager stated it's their company policy to make sure their receiver is sent before they send another, and that's only way it's going to be done. I stated to her that is a bad a policy.
The manager stated "That is the chance you take by doing business".
