If you want to eliminate the factory blues then the Pioneer Premier TS-E1690's will suffice. They offer unbelievable sonic clarity for the price of a low end component set. But they sound a whole lot better than a low end component set. They reproduce sound that is very clear and concise. The highs come through singing like a professional and the cymbals are sizzling. The midrange is of even greater detail because of the added smaller midrange drive mounted on top. The singers voices come to life and they sound as if they are right there singing to you. The Bass is also well rounded and no subs are needed unless you like to pound. They don't reach the subsonic realm but they definitely fill the void of emptiness that the factory speakers couldn't fill.
The price is low and the sound and construction quality is very high. They are made of a poly composite and have rubber surrounds for added durability. They will play hard and last many music sessions for years to come.
