I bought this stereo over a year ago. I had a lot of trouble getting but it was well worth it. I paid $200 for the system and it has the works. It has two speakers that are 4 way and the two subs(measuring slightly under 8 inches) put out 80 watts each. It has a three step bass boot and a three step vocals boot. It has a very smooth cd changer that holds 3 cds at a time. One nice thing about the cd player is that you can change 2 of the cds while the third on is playing. It has dolby B noise reduction for the dual tape player. Both tape players go forward, reverse, and one is for recording. It has high speed dubbing, and you can play the tapes in several different modes. Continiusly, one side only, or both sides. It has two microphone jacks for karaoke and has many karaoke functions. It has an 1/8th inch headphone jack. The stereo allows up to 20 presets and has a built in alarm clock. The stereo has a sleep function which I use quite often. It has a video output, a mini-disc output, and has a 2 amp construction on the speakers. This stereo is a great one no matter if it was even $450. I know this will last a lifetime as it has shown no wear and tear what so ever. I think that this stereo is an excellent buy and is great for a low income family or even the kids.
