Maybe I was just totally fed up with my previous phone, but this phone seems like music to my ears when talking!
My previous cordless phone was plagued with static and had horrible range, when going into the next room I could hardly hear.
I received this phone as a gift, and when I was told how much was paid I was totally surprised.
This phone was bought for only 30 dollars, and it sounds crystal clear! I can go far away from its base while still able to hear perfectly.
It doesn't have any "special" features, such as caller ID or an answering machine, but for my room it's perfect. It has a memory to program telephone numbers into it as well.
For the price, this is a great phone. It can probably be found at your local department store for under 30 dollars by now.
