Well I have had Sprint service for some time now, and just recently wanted to transfer to a different plan. From 300 minutes for $30 to 1000 minutes (500 normal, 500 off-peak) for $50.
The service is great, don't get me wrong, but have you ever tried to call the customer service line? It is horrible!!! First I always have to wait for at least 10 minutes to talk to a person, and usually I call during times that you wouldn't expect to be busy.
After placing the account change, I noticed while checking my minutes on the first day of my billing period that it had not been switched. I called and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get this service changed. Unfortunately, the idiotic customer advocate was unable to provide me with any service, and said I had to wait until the next month. Also, no supervisor was available.
Well the next day I tried again. After the 15 minute wait I actually spoke with someone with more than half a brain, and my plan was switched for the billing period quickly and easily.
MORAL: Sprint service is good, but don't expect anything from the Customer Service Line, they are idiots.
