Having to travel a lot in my job, I have had the need for a cell phone for business for quite a few years. When this plan came out I thought it was too good to be true, not having to pay for roaming charges alone would save me hundreds a month. Not having to pay for toll charges was a huge bonus. This program is saving me a bundle every month. If you are not familiar with the service it works like this: You pay a flat monthly rate and can use the phone wherever you like. Every call you make is like a local call, no toll charges no roaming fees. If you use up all of your minutes (600 for this plan) you pay .25 per minute after that.
Figuring there was a catch, I thought the phone would not work well in other markets as other plans I previously had. Nothing could be further from the truth. I can usually pick up a digital cell most anywhere I am (including the middle of KS) which keeps me in touch and able to make calls out easily. The missed call/voice mail feature lets me know immediately when I turn it on whether people are trying to get in touch with me.
I can't say enough about this plan. I had everyone in the company that was paying more than $100 a month on cell phones change plans.
