I got this product from rca, i got it from a wal-mart. we bought the dish and not even six months later the reciever did not work so rca told us that they could do nothing about it. They said if we wanted to have one that we needed to buy a new one. This also happened with other products of rca. I do think you get good clear images on your screen with it and it is an easy thing to use but other that it is not worth any ones buy.If this does happen to you we found out that there is an way to get them to pay for it.
