| funfit35's Full Review: Bose Lifestyle 901 System |
Bose 901's in 1977 were the most expensive speakers on the market at $1999
I always wanted to have a pair, i sell home theater surround systems from
home. A customer traded four 901's two equalizers for a system. I went to
his home and he had the four setup, after close examination all the
surrounding foam was destroyed, i said crank 'em up...well i was impressed
sold! I replaced all foam and with a ProLinear 400WRMS/CH Amp i went
across the street from my townhouse in Burnaby, to a Hall i rent to do
singles dances. I was so excited to hear what they would sound like.
I started with Jethro Tull to hear amplified mid-high's and Boston for
some low's. When i had a good crowd i cranked Crime of the Century and
it was like i reached inside everyone of 'em and time stood still, the
feeling was forever. Now i get numerous people asking build this, fix
that, if you have any questions my name is Steve Electronics Technologist
