JVC DUAL CAM great all purpose camera!

My friend just purchased the JVC VHS-C model M700 yesterday, and is everything we wanted. compact, light weight, and very versatile. Being Ill with Parkinson's the picture stabilizer is a VERY BIG PLUS. Were undecided about getting video, or still camera, wanted something that connected to PC, as well as play in VCR. Very pleasantly surprised to find that this camera can do both without having to juggle cd's or floppy disks, and stills can be taken during the shooting of a video by merely pressing a button,then resume taping. The small cassettes may be a bit cumbersome, but to get professional quality videos AND marvelous snapshots printable for pennies per print, from a photographer with constant tremors, is worth every nickle of the modest cost. Had he spent twice the price for a Video Camera, not having the stabilizer, videos would have been impossible to watch, likewise for still shots, all the enhancements possible in a PC may not salvage the blurred image produced by a still camera which may have also cost as much as this DUAL CAM. I highly recommend this camera particularly for those with inability to hold a camera of any size still.
