Inexpensive but quality hifi with PV-9455S

We bought two of these for our daughters to use in their bedrooms and they were very good buys. These vcrs have turned out to be as ruggedly constructed as they are unparalleled in simply excellent sound and video playback for a very low price.
Like most Panasonic hifi vcrs, the audio and video playback is high quality. Some think the styling a bit hum-drum, but it grows on you. Again, I wish they were component sized, but that is nit-picking.
This vcr has the excellent Panasonic rewind feature, which drastically reduces rewind times.
Cons? Well, the lack of a/v terminals up front are somewhat disappointing, but for the price, I reckon we can't expect everything! One really disappointing thing though is the lack of an EJECT button on the remote.
Overall, this unit delivers the typical Panasonic high quality audio/video playback packaged in an inexpensive and cost effective setting. I'm rating it a 3, but that is a HIGH 3. It didn't quite get a 4 because of the lack of EJECT on the remote. Still though, this is a good buy, especially at the prices it is going for now.
