Sprint PCS is the right choice!

We switched to Sprint PCS in November 1999, after using Cellular One for 3 years. We are extremely happy we did. Sprint just came into our area (October 1999) and we were excited about being able to switch to them. We did have to buy one of their phones but they gave us a very good deal. They had plenty of phones to choose from with a wide range of costs. The phone that we chose is a dual band and it had a rebate offer that we were able to use. We also traded in our old phone and were given a rebate for that.
We make a lot of long distance calls so we decided to go with the 500 minutes for $50 plan. This has cut down on our long distance bills tremendously. We have Sprint for our home long distance carrier and have always been satisfied with them, so having them for our cellular phone company is just icing on the cake for us. We have always had great customer service and our bills have never been incorrect. We can't say that about Cellular One as we had to call them every month!
The clarity of the calls have always been very high. We travel a lot and we really enjoy the range of service that they provide. The calls made anywhere in their range is put towards your 500 minutes with NO roaming and NO long distance charges. That is a super feature!
Sprint does not have contracts so you don't have to worry about having to stay with them or pay a hefty fee for terminating the service. They also allow you to change your service plan at anytime with no extra costs. They prorate both plans accordingly and the bill even goes out correctly, at least ours did.
Anyone interested in using a positive, up and coming cellular company should really consider Sprint PCS.
