Customer Support will not tell you what kind of taxes you will be billed, what kind of "landline charges" you will be billed or basically anything about your bill before its too late to cancel your contract.
I think Verizon is trying to trap people into its 2 yr contract before they ever get their first bill (same thing goes for other cellular companies but atleast they have better customer service). I got the phone, tried to call customer service to confirm my plan but they just would not give me the details. I bet if I didnt return the phone/service, I would be billed for something I never even dreamed of.
