Kenwood does it again with the EXCELON series in 2000!!!

I recently upgraded my head unit from last year's KDC-X811 to this year's KDC-X815. Kenwood is such an excellent company, they really listened to their customers and gave us not only the MASK, but also the option to detach the face and carry it with you. They also stepped up from 4 volt pre-amp outputs to 4.5 volts. The design is virtually unchanged and they again used dot-matrix display instead of the usual LCD. 3 gold-plated RCA Preouts are included, and the deck itself puts out 45 watts x 4. The included remote has changed a bit, numbers have now replaced the once empty surface below the quick function buttons. There is not a better way to understand how great the deck truly is until you experience it yourself!
