I chose at&t cellular service when they first started to provide it several years ago (the digital service). I was working a job where I sold cellular phones on a daily basis, so I had everything to pick from. AT&T has *NEVER* misbilled me, overcharged me, or done anything but be helpful with regards to my cellular phone.

A close friend of mine also has AT&T and consistantly would run over his plan minutes.. AT&T is *SO* helpful, that they even offered to upgrade his plan for him to convert a $320 cellular bill to an $89.99 bill by retroactively applying a service change.

I've always been satisfied with the clarity and the quality of service. This is a service that acts like my expectations of a cellular service -- no worries billing, no downtime, and great coverage.
