Since my sister got Dish Network installed at our house, it has drove me nothing but nuts. I have been up on the room four times since she got it installed two years ago. Three of these time in the last month. I always have to adjust the angles and skew on the thing, and I hate it! Whenever I come home from work and turn the TV on, it always says, "Unable to Acquire Signal." One thing that it's about to acquire is my foot when I kick it off the roof. We are going to get Time Warner cable in our town soon, and I think that's the way we might go.
Whenever I called the customer service at Dish Network, trying to convince them that something WAS wrong, I was forwarded to the Warranty dept. to see if we were still under warranty. What's the difference? They sold us a bogus product, that was installed terribly. Good thing I understand technology, or I woulda ripped it off the roof a year ago.
