That is the question I have heard people ask me while talking on my phone. As far as on my end, all my calls are crystal clear. I think there has been maybe one or two instances where my Sprint PCS phone has lost connection. From those who I have called with this phone, they told me that I came in completely clear, as though I was calling them from the phone in the room next door, or even clearer than that. I purchased my phone last month, and got in on a special that Sprint PCS was offering. With the purchase of the phone, I got a $30 rebate, as well as $50 in free accessories. On the upside, I love the clarity of the calls, as well as all the additional functions of the phone, such as voice dial, the wireless web, the variety of rings for different calls. Voice mail and also the vibration ringer, so I don't have to turn the phone off while in some areas (like movie theatres, work places, etc...) I never miss my calls. The only problem I have encountered with this phone isn't a problem with the phone itself, but with the plan I have. But it's so minor and meaningless that it truly doesn't matter. ( I live about 1/2 mile outside of my coverage area.)

The phone is lightweight, compact, and very stylish. And the voice dial feature makes calls easy when you're on the go. Simply flip it open, and it asks you who you want to call. You tell the phone who you want to dial, and instantly you're connected.

To date, i haven't had any problems with this phone. A definate recommendation for anyone who needs a reliable cell phone for a decent price. With luck, you can find a deal like what I got. Definately big bang for the buck.
