| J_L_Haupt's Full Review: Iomega Hipzip 31311 40 MB MP3 Player |
The Iomega Hip-Zip is the perfect gift for the music lover on your Christmas list. All you have to do is upload your favorite MP3 songs to the Hip-Zip's 40MB disk and you're ready to jam. It's small enough to fit just about anywhere and I challenge you to make a song skip (you can't do it). What better way to get all of your favorite music at CD quality when you want it and where you want it. I listen to it at work mainly, which is great because my employer can not tell that I have it. It is very easy to conceal. I love the fact that I don't ever have to buy batteries for it. There's no greater pain than having to buy batteries every couple of days.
Like any other product I've ever bought that was made by Iomega, I am very pleased with the durability, compatibility, and reliability of the Hip-Zip. You will probably never have to worry about whether the Hip-Zip will work or work with your computer.
Everyone who likes music will enjoy the Hip-Zip. But the people whom this would make the best gift for... motorcyclists who love music. Any motorcyclist who has ever tried to listen to a portable player on their bike can tell you that a cassette player sucks, and CD players skip too much. You won't have either problem with the Hip-Zip.
