DISHPlayer & the 500 Upgrade !

I bought my DISHPlayer last summer, Loved it ! Lots of programing & great picture ! Very few problems, mostly just my learning how to use it. The tech help was great, freindly eager to help ! Then in march 2000, I decided to get the upgrade to the 500, It ruined my DISHPlayer ! They thought it was the Switch, so we changed that and they sent me a "REFURBISHED" DISHPlayer. It wasn't the Switch ! They sent me another "REFURBISHED" DISHPlayer & another ! That's "Three", all "Refurbished". I don't believe it's the DISHPlayer, it's the upgrade to the 500. It just can't handle the upgrade ! I recommend the DISHPlayer very highly, but without the 500 upgrade !
