I just want a phone! How hard could it be for someone to call a cell phone company and ask to add an additional phone to the account? Pretty hard it seems! I've been a SprintPCS customer for over two years, and get the notion to add a second phone to my account. That is something they claim to be able to do, but after spending about 20 minutes on the phone the a polite gent I ran into a problem. He said, "Are you a SprintPCS user?" What kind of question was that? Of course I am! I gave him my phone number and password at the start of the conversation so he could pull my records. Next he told me that his group didn't handle my type of account, and transferred me to someone else.
That was slightly understandable, but the amazing thing was.. neither could she! She placed me on hold ( I wrote this Epinion while on hold ) to locate the proper group.
The third group was finally able to help me.. shew, I was starting to think they did not love me anymore.
