JMMARA's Full Review: Boston Acoustics VR12 Center Speaker
After purchasing a pair of Boston Acoustic 975's, I decided to stay with the Boston line. The VR12 center speaker is an excellent investment for the money. The clarity and brilliance is superb. The only downside to some might be the size. ( If size is an issue,consider the VR 10 )
Overall it is by far one of the best center speakers that I have heard.One thing that I did after changing out the previous center speaker( Sony )was to set my center to "small" to re-direct the bass through the front mains. This really makes a difference. To round out my system I also purchased a pair of Boston Acoustic VRS Pro rears (THX) (discontinued). Since most of your sound comes through the center speaker I would HIGHLY recommend this speaker to add to any Home Theater system.
