| wildinjn's Full Review: Sunfire Stereo Series II Home Amplifier |
I have always been into music, all kinds. With that in mind, I always wanted a stereo system that would bring out the best in the music I listen to. One fine day, I decided to upgrade my stereo system. I have some high end components and speakers to match. I have gone through a few amplifiers in my time but none have performed as well as my Sunfire.
The old amplifiers that I used to own would generate a lot of heat. So much heat that I couldn't even touch them after an hour. My Sunfire runs so cool that after a listening to eight hours of music at various levels you could put your hand on the top and never know that it was on at all!
Sound quality is great, very little distortion at the high end and at times it seems that there is no limit to the Sunfires power output. I also like the choice of output jacks. Without getting into a ton of technical specs, the Sunfire amp is worth every penny. If you are an audiofile then you know that there are other amps out there that cost just as much but when it comes down to it, its how the system works together. Its your ears that really determine the quality of the music.
If you are serious about music then take a look at the Sunfire amp. Plenty of power and your choice of output jacks. I think this may be the last amplifier I will buy for a long time, of course there is always the next Sunfire amp.
