Pros: Memory size
Cons: Larger than other players, lack of updates
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this player. There are better players available now. If you have a CD-RW, get one of those players.

| GezusK's Full Review: i2Go MP3 96MB Player |
All eGos, are the same, just different memory cards included in the price. I love my eGo, and it won't be outdated anytime soon. It allows firmware updates to include new features. Since I've bought mine, they've added equalizer presets, and have promised that future updates will allow other types of files (such as Microsoft's WMA) to be played. The player is also a recorder. The eGo uses a program called MP3Agent to load files, a future update of this program will allow the eGo to be used just like any other drive in Windows. The player also has an expansion bay. I have the additional CF card slot myself, allowing two cards to be used at the same time. The IBM microdrives (which have recently hit 1GB) can be used in this player. Two of them if you have the CF expansion slot. As you can see, with firmware updates, and the size of CF cards and microdrives increasing, this player should be around for a while.
*UPDATE* i2go has let me down. They haven't added any support for other files types. The only hardware add-on available is the expansion adapter. The software has become rather buggy, and getting any help from them is pretty much impossible. I suggest checking out www.riohome.com for good mp3 players.
