I've been a Sprint PCS user for a couple of years. The service has always been great. The horror stories I have heard from customers of other companies (AT&T Bell Atlantic Etc.) make me feel like I made the right choice. My phone always works. The only down side ... customer service could be better visiting a store front is time consuming; calling is some times a pain in the butt..alll I'm happy and Sprint doesn't make you sign a contract. That I appreciate.When one hears some of the horror stories about dropped calls and getting big bills I am really happy that I use Sprint PCS. My boss and wife have always been able to get in touch with me and that has made it worth every penny.
