10: Setup is simple, easy to follow instructions on how to set up the dish and align it for best reception. This is truely plug and play!
9: Help is just a phonecall away, for people (like myself) who get confused screwing in a lightbulb their tech support is always ready, willing and able to help.
8: Say Goodbye to bad reception you had with cable tv. Most problem I've had is when we have a severe storm my system flickers sometimes.
