i bought this digital phone from sprint to use on my trip to fl. it worked just great till i came back and went off the clear and easy plan. that is where the problem come's in----??everywhere i go it was in analog roam? what i said i'm at home and i'm roaming. not did it happen once but all the time.i go to use the phone no service. so i call sprint and what did they say they say well there are alot of phones now and everyone is trying to use there phone? so i say why is this my problem. i pay 59.00 per month to use my phone and i can't? so when i do use the phone when i really have to like call home or when my son calls i have to answer. then i really get hit with it i get charged roaming charges? what not only do they count my min i have paid for but charge up to 75 cents a min.on top is this phone service or what? they just want you to pay double to get the free and easy plan. all in the end we called them up and shut off the phone it isn't worth it after all.
