I know how you feel about them, i used to have AT&T before I switched over to Verizon. I found out their Customer service is the worst i have ever went though! I wanted to also change/upgrade my phone and had a big argument with them. Because one, They said I could use the Nokia 3390 for Free To Go Service,(Prepaid, and when I bought the phone they would not let me change it. They said i would have to pay 75 extra dollars a month for the new phone! Even though i had a lot of people that told me this was not right! Thank God, i was not on a contract!!!! Good Luck, Brian.

I have had very bad experience with AT&T. I have found that they can do nothing right and expect the customer to figure out how to remedy their errors.

Sorry you went through all that.
