I have had Pac Bell for over 2 years now. The first service provider I had was GTE, what an experience that was. Talk about expensive, lack of customer service, billing was a disaster even for a few months after the service was cancelled.

Pac Bell does have a few minor flaws but nowadays who doesn't? We are a 2 cell phone family and with the "Family Plan" my cell phone bill has gone down about $40 a month.

I just signed on for an additional 2 year contact and upgraded our phones to the Nokia 8290's. Nice small little phones with great reception.

I would recommend this service to anyone, great value and the customer service is coming along, they are still getting it together.
