For many hours I surfed the web looking for a slide projector to review and display the hundreds of case slides for my dental office. I found no system available, my camera store recommended I look at the Reflecta classic system by Reflecta. This system does everything I need to view, organize and set-up slide presentations. I immediately bought 2 for left/right displays. The beauty of the system is that it is both front screen (12" x 12") and with a flick of a slider a screen/wall display. It folds into a compact, light (8kg) briefcase type carrying unit. It takes Universal, CS and LKM magazines which can be stored or converted to a regular round carousels. Even if you are digital this is a great way to initially view your slides. The 24V Halogen lamp is controlled by a thermal protection switch while in use. This unit is priced right and so far has only one negative, a lot of plastic parts, I would like to have seen some of the moving parts (sliders, switchs and latches) in a metal, Breakage of these little parts is unknown at this point.
