I have recently joined the 21st century and purchased my first wireless phone and mobile phone service. I looked at every plan in existance and all I got was confused. Since my credit is really lousy due to an accident forcing me off work for 7 months, I figured one of the packages that included a phone and minutes without a credit check and without signing a service agreement was the best way to go.

After checking them out, I discovered they weren't all that inexpensive. You have to renew each month or lose the minutes! Sprint PCS had a monthly plan with more minutes, much broader calling area and a dynamite little phone for less than those package plans! Most of the other big name calling plans required up to $1000 deposit because of my credit history, but Sprint only required $125.

The Customer Service Rep was very helpful educating me on the different services and suggested a good plan for me. $29.99 a month for 250 daytime minutes with FREE long distance and an additional 250 night and weekend minutes. The phone arrived as promised and service was already activated.

The communication is digital and very crisp and clear. Good signals all the time.
